First consultation 1 1/4 hours £105 This not only covers your consultation but also time for your practitioner to review your questionnaire and file prior to each session, any laboratory test interpretations, checking for contraindications with medication and supplement interactions and time after the session to write up your case notes and where appropriate, email additional information to you. Should you have any queries between visits, you can contact us by phone or email – no need to wait until your next consultation. We do set a limit to our email support - if you have a question 3 or 6 months after coming to see us, we encourage you to get in touch. If your query is complex or requires a change to your supplement programme we may recommend a follow up session to discuss in more detail. |

Payments
We accept cash and cheques. Cheques should be made payable to Key Nutrition Ltd.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that your plans can change. However we do ask for 48 hours notice of any cancellation.
- Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before your consultation can be rearranged at no extra cost.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged at 50% of the consultation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged at 100% of the consultation fee.
So please let us know in plenty of time if you need to change your consultation.
