Payments
We accept cash and cheques. Cheques should be made payable to Key Nutrition Ltd.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that your plans can change. However we do require 48 hours notice of any cancellation.
- Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before your consultation can be rearranged at no extra cost.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged at 50% of the consultation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged at 100% of the consultation fee.
So please don’t forget to let us know in plenty of time if you need to change your consultation.
