Our role is to educate, support and inspire you
to make positive changes
to your diet, lifestyle
and health

We teach parents and carers about what constitutes a healthy diet and how the food that their children eat can have a real impact on their health. We cover topics such as mood, behaviour, performance in the classroom, immunity, and weight. We also provide tips on how to encourage fussy eaters to try new foods.
Each participant receives a folder with handouts of all the topics discussed and lots of simple and tasty recipes. Sessions can take the form of interactive workshops or cooking lessons.
By teaching children about food they can learn that healthy eating can be exciting. We provide fun cooking lessons where children get to prepare and take home a range of easy to make and healthy food.
Children receive laminated recipe cards and a handout with information about what they've made to take home to their parents.
We provide workshops specifically developed for parents and carers of children with special education needs such as dyslexia, autism, ADHD and Aspergers Syndrome.
We explore how food can have an impact on these conditions and how parents/carers can help manage them through improved nutrition.
