Well hooray - today was my last official weigh in and I'm delighted that I have reached my target weight - I've lost a stone/6 kilos which is exactly what I was after! So I am now back to the weight I was a few months before I got married. Can't tell you how pleased I am, I had really given up hope of being able to achieve this. (I'd decided that if this plan didn't work I would have to resign myself to becoming a fatty forty-something!)

I am going to carry on following the principals of the plan now to make sure I keep the weight off - i know it works and it also keeps me feeling healthy. Thanks again - one very happy customer!

Below is feedback received after running the WWP with a small group of women in a business setting. Not all the group had weight loss as a primary goal and they varied in age from early 20s to their 50s.


What one aspect did you like best about the programme?

- The increased understanding of why you get cravings
- The encouragement given by Millie, Janet and Elspeth. The very useful tips for trying to reach my goal and better knowledge of what different foods to do our bodies.
- Refocusing on what I eat - what I should be eating and what quantities
- The support - difficult to do something like this in isolation
- constant email contact for questions and fulfilling answers!
- regular contact with nutritionists every 2 weeks

 

What 3 other aspects of the programme delivery did you like?

- fortnightly check in, the shakes, the takeaway lunch ideas
- information about food, how different foods interact with each other, the information sheets talking through different problems such as sleep
- Learning how to improve sleep patterns, feeling direct results from the programme, useful tips on health
- learning more about nutrition, discover shakes
- knowledge of past sessions and discussions, help on individual points. eg, hormones, vegetarians
- constant support via email, recipe ideas

 

What have you learnt as a result of attending the twelve-week programme?

- coffee and alcohol and starving creates imbalance
- To eat less carbs and really look at the nutritional value of food
- I have a healthier relationship with food - and know more about the effects of sugar
- recipes, what to eat when and the reasons behind this

 

What 3 health benefits have you experienced as a result of attending this programme?

- energy, weight loss, better PMS
- a lttle weight loss, feel better in myself, to eat better (ie.combining foods that will benefit me)
