We aim to keep the sessions interactive. With groups of 15 or less we often follow a workshop format. With larger groups we will be more likely to provide exercises or suggestions for the individual to take away with them.

Body Composition Analysis
Body composition analysis provides information on body fat percentage, muscle mass, hydration status - which is much more relevant than just focusing on weight or Body Mass Index (BMI). We provide your staff with a printed report outlining their body composition alongside healthy reference ranges for someone of their age/gender. These reports often provide an individual with incentive to make changes, as their statistics are clearly displayed in graphical format.
