Weight loss

Perhaps your weight has slowly crept up and you've decided it is time to take action or maybe you have tried dieting before and had limited or short-lived success. We know that many people have worked hard at various diets only to be perpetually disappointed.  In2shape gets results because it works with your metabolism and it is based on a healthy, clinically-researched diet.  It's not only about weight loss, its sustainable and good for your health.

If weight loss has been notably difficult for you in the past and you suspect that there are physical reasons why you have not lost weight.  Our practitioners can discuss options  with you to help determine if there are underlying issues such as low thyroid or adrenal function, digestive issues or food allergies - all of which can contribute to weight gain.  You can incorporate a nutritional therapy session into the programme at any time.

In2shape is ideal for improving performance in the gym, on the court or as a competative athlete.  Designed to supply the body with nutrients to promote muscle development, strength and tone.   Well suited to athletes who sufffer from low immunity or want to ensure they are eating the right balance of nutrients to support optimal performance and recovery.  Addressing the acid/alkali balance and including plenty of antioxidants for optimal health.

Healthy weight loss is not just about shedding the pounds.  Maintaining or increasing muscle mass while decreasing body fat sets the right envrionment for sustainable weight management and is a cornderstone of the programme. Reducing blood pressure

Research demonstrates that this diet achieved an average of a 3.6% drop in systolic blood pressure in 12 weeks1.  Blood pressure should continue to normalise as you go forward, following the In2shape guidelines.

Management of diabetes

Type II diabetics or those at high risk respond well to this programme.  Clinical trials shows that the diet and supplement combination is almost as effective at lowering insulin levels as the most commonly used diabetic drug Metformin1, but without the side effects. The In2shape diet can be followed by people with type 1 diabetes, however due to its low glycaemic load, close monitoring of blood glucose levels and insulin medication is required.

Management of Metabolic Syndrome

This is an umbrella term used to describe the underlying metabolic shift which takes place thus predisposing someone to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, inflammatory conditions & Alzheimer's disease. It is identified through markers for central obesity, insulin resistance, raised cholesterol and tryglycerides (dyslipidaemia) & high blood pressure (hypertension).
