I have always been enthusiastic about the preparation and (more importantly) the eating of good food.  However, it was in my mid-twenties that I first became interested in nutrition and the concept of "food as medicine". This shift in awareness came about after the discovery of a personal health issue.

I experienced profound improvements to my health and decided that more people needed to know about this simple but highly effective approach.  I left my career in IT and retrained as a Nutritional Therapist and obtained a First Class honours degree through the Centre for Nutrition Education (CNE - Middlesex University).

I enjoy working with clients to educate them about how nutrition and food influences their health and together we create a programme which is both realistic and achievable.  This enables clients to take control and manage their own health in a way which is sustainable and natural.

Helping someone achieve a better quality of life through skills which will last them a lifetime is satisfying and makes my job an absolute pleasure.  We all deserve to feel great and live long, healthy and prosperous lives.
