I have always loved food. For me, there is nothing better than sharing a tasty meal with family and friends.

However, it wasn't until I experienced a number of long-term health problems when I discovered that the food we eat can actually have a profound effect on our well-being.  The use of nutritional therapy enabled me to overcome these problems and from then on I was converted.  This first hand experience led me to want to help others, prompting me to leave my career in the city and retrain.  I now hold a first class honours degree in Nutritional Therapy and regularly see clients with a whole range of health concerns.

Having worked in a busy stressful environment I understand the day-to-day challenges most of us face and how this can impact on health and diet (despite our best intentions!).  I work with my clients to create a realistic programme that fits into their lifestyles and budgets.

I have a real passion for food and feel that it should form an enjoyable part of all our lives.  Good health makes us feel stronger, more energetic, focused and free from illness and pain. I strongly believe that through simple dietary and lifestyle changes we can all achieve optimum health.  My approach is warm, friendly, practical and straight forward.
